Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, so do ensure there will be someone at the delivery address.

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%) is removed from your order at checkout.

Any import duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

All delivery dates that we give are for your guidance only. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered late.

Returns

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just email customercare@boutiquewithheart.com to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 working days from the day after you receive your order. Once you have the received the RMA number by email, enter this number on the invoice and complete the rest of the form. Send your item(s) back to us at Style With Heart,c/o LG Ltd, 135a High Street, Rickmansworth, Herts. WD3 1AR within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancelling your order

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received your order.

  1. You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received you order. Either email customercare@boutiquewithheart.com or write to us at: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Style With Heart,c/o LG Ltd, 135a High Street, Rickmansworth, Herts. WD3 1AR.
  2. On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer care will email you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please complete this on the invoice that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly.
  3. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Style With Heart,c/o LG Ltd, 135a High Street, Rickmansworth, Herts. WD3 1AR and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
  4. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
  5. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
  6. We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received you order, as described above.

Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to items that have been specifically manufactured to order on behalf of a client. In these cases, bespoke items are not returnable.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs (where applicable) for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations only.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new piece separately. Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email at customercare@boutiquewithheart.com, up to 14 working days from the day after you received your order.

Please note that items that have been specifically manufactured to order on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gift returns

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a Gift Certificate. To arrange a return, please email customercare@boutiquewithheart.com .

Our policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on BoutiqueWithHeart.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Important

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
